Learning to rock climb in Snowdonia and North Wales is ideal and we offer private rock climbing courses in Wales for beginners. Tailor made tuition and a high level of safety means you will be in the best possible hands. North Wales is a great place to learn to climb on a Personal Skills Course (PSC) & with some fantastic climbing areas, Ogwen Valley, Tremadog, Llanberris Pass & many more areas. If you want to be in the middle of all the best places to try out rock climbing for the first time; then Snowdonia is the place to learn. You don't need any experience to learn to climb, just enthusiasm and a reasonable level of fitness. We would normally be outdoors all day and would stop for a short picnic lunch at some point during the day, along with short comfort breaks as well. For complete beginners, or people who have climbed indoors and want to learn about climbing outside, we have Rock Climbing Starter weekends and weekdays. For those who have climbed a bit before and want to progress we have Intermediate Rock Climbing and for people who want to learn to go off and climb independently we can offer instruction in how to Lead Climb.
