Wales has a lovely countryside perfect for horses to live in and for you to ride them. There are county roads and mountains you and your horse can visit. Horses can cost a lot of money to own and look after, so why not use someone else's- Join a club and the equipment will also be given to you.
You must be careful when riding horses and if your a beginner, do not go on a horse which is massive compared to you and too fast for you to control. In the Horse riding clubs across Wales, there are practice arenas and jumps for you to use with their or your horses as long as you are a member. It is recommended to give horse riding a try especially if you have good control and a medium level of fitness.
