When you want to venture out from Llandudno the town of Conwy with its castles and fantastic walls is only a few minutes away and you can stroll along the quay there and even take trips by boat which go in land along the rover Conwy and the around the bay so that you can see Deganwy and the west shore of Llandudno.
If you are a beach lover then you will be delighted to find that Llandudno boasts two of them, the north shore is literally a ‘stone’s throw’ from the front of the hotel whilst it is fun to go down to the west shore using the little ‘train’ that chugs its way between the two of them. In truth the west shore is better if you like a sandy beach and down there because of the prevailing wind you will find lots of activities such as surfing and kite flying and even the exciting combination of the two!
